I found very interesting tool called snow3rd and I have jailbreaked my Apple TV yesterday. On the site they have published a video on how to perform jailbreak for apple tv3 and it is bit confusing. Anyhow I did it with the tool they have given here for jailbreak apple tv
Most importantly they gave it for free and no surveys to complete before downloading. So I loved the tool and can recommend to you all.
